Step 1.
Draw a square frame. This will be the border where we create our pattern.
Step 2.
Draw two parallel diagonal lines going from corner to corner.
Step 3.
Draw two more parallel diagonal lines in the opposite direction, creating an X shape with crossings.
Step 4.
Draw four short lines in each corner of your square frame, connecting the outer edges.
Step 5.
Inside the small diamond shape in the center, draw two parallel lines.
Step 6.
In the same center diamond, draw two more parallel lines going the other way to create an interesting weaving effect.
Step 7.
Repeat the same weaving pattern in all the other diamond shapes you see.
Step 8.
Complete the pattern by finishing all the elements near the edges and borders.
