What is Anglock? Anglock is a beautiful geometric pattern made of corner shapes that create a woven, interlocking design. Follow these simple steps to draw it!

Step 1

Draw a square frame. This will be the border where we’ll create our pattern.

Step 2

Draw two lines that cross in the center, dividing your square into 4 parts.

Step 3

Draw 4 more lines to create a grid. Now you have 16 small squares inside your frame.

Step 4

Draw corner shapes along the diagonal. Notice that the corner point touches exactly the center of each small square.

Step 5

Add similar corner lines just above the ones you drew before.

Step 6

Now draw the same corner shapes on the opposite side.

Step 7

Fill the remaining squares with corner elements to complete the pattern.

Step 8

Draw small squares in the corners of your pattern.

Step 9

This is how your pattern looks when it’s fully drawn!

Step 10

Great job! Your Anglock pattern is complete!
